Ljubljana, 9 October - Prime Minister Miro Cerar wrote back to European Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker and First Vice-President Frans Timmermans on Friday to welcome their endorsement of a continuation of the work of the Slovenian-Croatian border arbitration tribunal.
