No anti-trust fine for broadcaster Pro Plus, report says
Ljubljana, 13 October - A higher court has reportedly upheld the ruling of the Ljubljana Local Court which reversed the 2014 decision of the Competition Protection Agency (AVK) slapping the commercial broadcaster Pro Plus with a EUR 5m fine for violating anti-trust rules by abusing its dominant market position in the area of advertising.
