Electric surge protector makers sold to Greek group

Ljubljana, 15 October - Two Slovenian companies producing electric surge protector components have been sold to a Greek group making protector systems, the business daily Finance said on Thursday. Otmar Zorn, one of the richest Slovenians, said he sold Iskra Zaščite and Varsi to Raycap, which will allow them further growth through a better sales network.
