Slovenia rejects arrival of second train with refugees today

Ljubljana, 18 October - Slovenia has turned down a request by Croatia to send a second train carrying refugees to Slovenia on Sunday, an official has told the press.

A train with nearly 2,000 refugees arrived in Čakovec late on Saturday afternoon. Some of the refugees were then moved to buses, while 1,200 remained on the train which entered Slovenia at Središče ob Dravi.
