Heineken publishes takeover intent, bid to follow in 30 days

Ljubljana, 20 October - Brewer Heineken, which has recently bought a 53% stake in beverage group Pivovarna Laško, published on Tuesday a takeover intention for the remaining shares. The bid will be published in 30 days at the latest but no sooner than in ten days.
