Impol mulling acquisition in Croatia following EUR 50m bond issue

Ljubljana, 20 October - One of Slovenia's biggest exporters, the aluminium maker Impol, completed a EUR EUR 50m issue of five-year bonds on Monday. CEO Jernej Čokl told the Tuesday edition of the daily Finance that the company was interested in acquiring a Croatian aluminium products maker.
