Kučan describes Bučar as man of high moral principles

Ljubljana, 21 October - Slovenia's first President Milan Kučan paid tribute to late France Bučar on Wednesday by describing him as a man of high moral principles which he adhered to regardless of the situation. He believes the Slovenians owe much bigger "moral debt" to Bučar that they had shown in recent years.
