France Bučar, a founding father of Slovenian democracy, dies

Ljubljana, 21 October - France Bučar, the speaker of Slovenia's first democratically elected parliament, has died aged 92. Tributes and condolences for the jurist and politician whom President Borut Pahor labelled one of the founding fathers of Slovenian democracy poured in from all walks of life.
