Primorske novice unimpressed with EU deal on refugees

Koper, 27 October - The daily Primorske novice is disappointed in Tuesday's commentary with the results of the EU-Balkans summit, saying their key point is a call on countries to respect asylum legislation. Why would they start doing this now, given they have not been giving a damn so far, the paper wonders.
