Cerar tells CNN refugee summit "step in right direction"

Ljubljana, 26 October - Prime Minister Miro Cerar has labelled the EU-Balkans summit on the refugee crisis a "step in the right direction" as the bloc seeks a common response to the refugee crisis, in an interview for CNN on Monday.
