Slovenia hopeful mini-summit agreement will limit refugee flow

Ljubljana, 26 October - Slovenia is holding out hope that a 17-point action plan adopted by leader of countries on the "Balkan migration route" at a meeting late on Sunday will limit the massive refugee flow that has hit its borders in the last week.
