Večer argues net neutrality exemptions only logical at first glance

Maribor, 28 October - The daily Večer says on Wednesday that the exceptions to net neutrality listed in the rules adopted by the European parliament seem logical, but are unfortunately reminiscent of an act adopted by the government of the South African Republic when apartheid was abolished.
