Signature collection for defence law referendum to start next week
Ljubljana, 30 October - The collection of signatures for a referendum on legislative amendments giving soldiers limited police powers to help police patrol the border will take place between 2 November and 6 December, Speaker Milan Brglez decided on Friday.
