Private lawsuits filed against Verbund over 2012 Drava floods
Dravograd, 4 November - A number of private lawsuits have been filed against Austrian power producer Verbund over the damaging floods that hit the north-east of the country in 2012, allegedly because the company opening floodgates on the Drava river upstream. The private lawsuits filed so far amount to a toal of between EUR 4-5m.
