Ljubljana, 13 November - Slovenia started erecting a razor wire fence at parts of the border with Croatia to better control the inflow of refugees, which has further strained bilateral relations. The number of refugees entering Slovenia since mid-October has exceeded 196,000. The cabinet unveiled a mini tax reform and struck a pay deal for 2016 with public sector unions.
