Constitutional Court overturns T-2 receivership

Ljubljana, 11 November - The Constitutional Court has rejected the launch of receivership at T-2, one of Slovenia's biggest TV and IT telephony providers. The case was sent back to the court of second instance, according to a press release from T-2 owner Granol.
