Austerity in hospitals leads to inability to heal, paper says

Ljubljana, 14 November - UKC Maribor, Slovenia's second biggest hospital, has been a role model for health care managers for a long time. However, the crisis in its anaesthesiology unit shows that financial success and too few employees lead to inability to treat patients, the daily Delo says in a commentary on Saturday.
