PM says budgets healthy balance in fiscal conservatism, opposition sceptical

Ljubljana, 16 November - Prime Minister Miro Cerar said the draft budget documents for the next two years struck a healthy balance in fiscal conservatism as he opened the budget debate on Monday. The opposition remained sceptical about the spending plans, saying they lacked a long-term strategy.
