Večer says unity of Europe being put to the test

Maribor, 18 November - The European common foreign policy is again facing a big test and it is actually not certain how the EU will respond to the latest challenge, the daily Večer says on Wednesday in a commentary on France's proposal to invoke the mutual defence clause in the wage of the Paris terrorist attacks.
