MPs pass changes relaxing public sector austerity restrictions

Ljubljana, 18 November - The National Assembly passed with 54 votes in favour and three against legislative changes abolishing some public sector pay cuts after several years. The changes were drafted after the government and public sector trade unions signed a deal last week, increasing the total wage bill 2016 by EUR 148m.
