SDS outraged that Janša supporter was not nominated ECHR judge

Ljubljana, 19 November - The opposition Democrats (SDS) have expressed indignation that the National Assembly failed to endorse Klemen Jaklič for one of Slovenia's three nominations for a European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) judge. Jaklič, a Harvard law professor, has defended publicly SDS leader Janez Janša in the Patria corruption trial.
