Koper city's port fees petition dismissed by top court

Ljubljana, 23 November - The Constitutional Court has thrown out a petition by the city of Koper to examine the rules on the distribution of the concession fee paid by the operator of Slovenia's sole commercial port under which almost half of the money goes to the new municipality of Ankaran.
