Finance: State doing little to encourage investment of savings

Ljubljana, 24 November - If you look at dividend yields of listed companies, it is clear that something is wrong with the financial system in Slovenia. While companies offer dividend yields of between 5% and 10%, savers are stuffing their money at home, where it both literally and figuratively turns sour, the daily Finance says in Tuesday's commentary.
