Insurer Triglav offloads stake in coach company
Ljubljana, 24 November - Zavarovalnica Triglav, Slovenia's leading insurance company, has signed a deal to sell its majority stake in a Nova Gorica-based coach company to public transportation company Adventura prevozi for EUR 14.2m.
