Power utility HSE seeking long-term lending
Ljubljana, 25 November - HSE, Slovenia's biggest power utility, said Wednesday it was seeking a long-term bond issue or loan to shore up its balance sheet, which has been strongly affected by cost overruns in the construction of a new unit at the Šoštanj thermal power plant.
