Western Balkans needs new vision, conference hears

Ljubljana, 27 November - The Balkans needs a new vision and new goals, a conference dedicated to the future of the Western Balkans in the EU was told on Friday. The situation has changed significantly in more than a decade since Slovenia entered the EU in 2004 and the EU must face the new reality.
