Delo says Putin engaged in war to mask problems at home

Ljubljana, 28 November - Russian President Vladimir Putin feels so strong today that he can do whatever he wants, but he is at war because he wants the Russian people to forget about the economic problems at home, the daily Delo says in Saturday's commentary.
