French ambassador "cautiously optimistic" ahead of climate summit

Ljubljana, 30 November - The UN Climate Change Conference, which starts in Paris today, will bring a "good agreement", a basis for future efforts, French Ambassador to Slovenia Pierre-Francois Mourier believes. The biggest diplomatic event in France's history in terms of attendance will adhere to the highest security as well as environmental standards, he said.
