Four defendants in Hypo fraud case will not plea bargain
Ljubljana, 30 November - Neither of the four former managers of the Slovenian Hypo bank branch attended pretrial hearings in a EUR 14m fraud case involving the bank, which means that the trial featuring former boss of builder Vegrad Hilda Tovšak as a proposed witness for the prosecution can begin.
