Delo not very optimistic about Paris climate change summit

Ljubljana, 1 December - The daily Delo is sceptical that the negotiators at the Paris climate change summit will be able to put all the envisaged goals in an eventual agreement. A step forward will be if all countries join an agreement and if a graduation mechanism for climate goals is put in place, the paper adds in Tuesday's commentary.
