Tourism industry recovering, focus now on soft factors

Ljubljana, 2 December - Slovenian tourism is making headway despite the continued financial problems of some major operators, but the focus now needs to shift from investing in infrastructure to spending on human resources and services, Slovenia's top tourism official has said.
