Ljubljana, 4 December - It will be mostly cloudy on Saturday, with morning fog expected to linger in low-lying areas well into the day. Lows of 1-6 degrees centigrade are forecast, dropping to -3 in the Alps, with daytime highs peaking at 4-9 degrees, up to 13 on the coast.
