Delo doubts code of ethics at university will help

Ljubljana, 5 December - While welcoming in principle the code of ethics that has been adopted at the University of Maribor, where a dean was recently sacked over plagiarism, the daily Delo says on Saturday that the chances of a turnaround are relatively small.
