International Volunteer Day marked by refugee crisis

Ljubljana, 5 December - Volunteers are playing a significant role in Slovenia's coping with the refugee crisis and without them day-to-day life in the country since mid-October would have been much different, Slovenian Philanthropy NGO said ahead of International Volunteer Day. The Slovenian Red Cross thanked thousands of volunteers involved in the effort.
