Year in review: Social accord dead after less than a year
Ljubljana, 16 December - The fifth social agreement in Slovenia's history, which social partners signed for 2015 and 2016 and was considered the biggest achievement in social dialogue in 2015, did not even last a whole year. After trade unions succeeded with their idea of redefining the minimum wage, all employers withdrew from the accord.
