Debate stresses role of prevention in provision of human rights

Ljubljana, 9 December - A round panel debate on human rights held at the Ljubljana Faculty of Law on Wednesday saw the participants agree that in addition to having an active stance, prevention has an important role as the most effective phase in the provision of human rights, especially from the aspect of humanity.
