Perutnina Ptuj board offers resignation

Ptuj, 14 December - The board members of poultry producer Perutnina Ptuj offered their resignations to the supervisory board on Monday, following police investigation into the recent capital injection by steel group SIJ. CEO Roman Glaser explained that the move was made for the benefit of the company, not because the management felt guilty.
