Former brewery boss argues MBOs not a crime in appeal hearing
Ljubljana, 17 December - The former boss of Pivovarna Laško Boško Šrot argued that management buyouts are not a crime as he laid out his case to have a conviction over the buyout of the Laško-based brewery group seven years ago overturned by the Ljubljana Higher Court on Thursday.
