Group of academics and professors campaign against marriage equality

Ljubljana, 17 December - A group of nearly 90 people, mostly academicians and university professors, called on Slovenians on Thursday to vote against marriage equality in the Sunday referendum. They believe Slovenia should protect the family as the basic unit of the society, the Assembly for the Republic, a right-leaning outfit, said in a press release.
