Slovenia opposes immediate changes to EU treaties, PM says

Brussels, 18 December - Slovenia wants a strong and effective EU with the UK in it, however it cannot agree to immediate and deep-rooted changes of the bloc's basic treaties, Prime Minister Miro Cerar said late on Thursday following a meeting with other EU government leaders and heads of state.
