Turnout in gay rights referendum at 24.99% by 4 PM

Ljubljana, 20 December - Almost a quarter of Slovenians cast their votes in marriage equality referendum by 4 PM on Sunday, in what the National Electoral Commission officials see as an indicator that the final turnout will exceed 30%.
