Poll finds nearly half of coalition supporters voted against marriage equality

Ljubljana, 21 December - A survey has found that nearly half of supporters of the centre-left parties making up the coalition and voters of two fellow centre-left parties cast ballots against the marriage equality law in Sunday's referendum. They contributed the votes to achieve the quorum required to defeat the law, pollster Valicon said on Monday.
