Honey scandal prompts call for better oversight

Ljubljana, 23 December - Revelations that many Slovenian beekeepers have been using banned substances to fight a bee parasite have prompted calls for better oversight, as the scandal threatens to undermine a sector that has built its reputation on the notion that Slovenian honey is better and more environmentally friendly than the kind produced at an industrial scale.
