Some 3,000 turn out for main horse blessing ceremony
Šentjernej, 26 December - Horse blessing ceremonies were held throughout Slovenia on Saturday according to an old tradition on St Stephen's Day. The biggest event, in the south-eastern village of Šentjernej, drew some 3,000 visitors.
