Večer not impressed by Slovenia's finances

Maribor, 2 January - Commenting on the state of the public finances, the daily Večer says on Saturday that despite the fact that the government seems to have managed to bring the deficit down to bellow 3% of GDP for the past year, Slovenians are not doing well.
