Most public spending in 2014 went to welfare, administration
Ljubljana, 2 January - The biggest share of general government spending in 2014 was intended for welfare, 18% of GDP, followed by public administration (7.5% of GDP). A total of 24.3% of GDP was spent for health care, education and economic activity, according to the Statistics Office.
