Slovenian diplomacy not keeping up with the times, paper says

Maribor, 6 January - A quarter of a century into independent Slovenia, one can establish that there is no sub-system in the country that functions in line with standards and norms of western democracies, and diplomacy is no exception, the daily Večer says in Wednesday's commentary.
