Wind causes trouble in eastern, central Slovenia, rivers flood in west

Ljubljana, 11 January - Strong south-westerly winds caused problems in parts of eastern and central Slovenia as well as at the coast on Monday. Meanwhile, north-western parts of the country were hit by heavy rains, which has caused small rivers and streams to flood. Weather conditions are forecast to calm down during the night.
