Govt agrees to recapitalise Adria as part of sale

Ljubljana, 15 January - The government approved on Friday the plan of the Slovenian Sovereign Holding (SSH) envisaging a capital injection by the state into Adria Airways under the condition that fresh capital is also provided by a private investor, which would later acquire the ailing flag carrier.
