Probanka and Factor banka to be absorbed by bad bank

Ljubljana, 15 January - Small privately-owned banks Probanka and Factor banka, which have been undergoing liquidation supervised by the central bank, will be merged with the Bank Asset Management Company (BAMC), the state-owned bad bank, the government decided on Friday.
